Boca Bounce specializes in providing bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and other party rentals for events in Palm Beach County, including but not limited to Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, and surrounding areas. Our goal is to make your party planning stress-free by offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

2. User Eligibility

To book or use our services, you must:

3. Rental Policies

A. Reservation Process

Booking: Reservations can be made through bocabounce.com or by contacting us directly.
Confirmation: A reservation and a confirmation email is sent.
Changes: Modifications to your reservation must be requested at least 48 hours before the event.

B. Payment Terms

A credit cardis required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due after set up
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle

C. Cancellation Policy at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations: If severe weather conditions make setup unsafe, we may offer rescheduling or a refund at our discretion.

D. Delivery and Setup

Our team delivers and sets up rentals at locations within Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and more.
Customers must ensure a clear, safe, and accessible setup area.
Delivery fees may apply for certain locations.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a renter, you agree to:

Supervise Equipment: Ensure proper supervision of all bounce houses and inflatables during use.
Follow Safety Guidelines: Abide by the safety instructions provided by our team.
Avoid Damage: Use rentals responsibly and avoid activities that may damage the equipment.
Liability: Be responsible for any damage caused to the equipment while in your possession.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use equipment in an unsafe or unauthorized manner.
Sublease, transfer, or assign your rental agreement.
Use rentals at locations outside our approved service areas in Palm Beach County, Broward county and Dade County

6. Limitation of Liability

Boca Bounce is not liable for:

Injuries or damages resulting from improper use of our equipment.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).
Events canceled due to factors beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid for the affected booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bocabounce.com, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Boca Bounce. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
